Returns and Refunds Policy

At Zymak BD, we strive to ensure that every product you purchase—whether it is a smart door lock, a projector, a vault, or any other item—arrives in perfect working condition.

To maintain our high standards and offer competitive pricing, we operate under a strict, conditional return policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand your eligibility for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and process exchanges or refunds only under the following two conditions:

Dead on Arrival (DOA): The product is completely non-functional right out of the box.
Incorrect Item Delivered: You received a product that does not match the invoice (e.g., wrong model, wrong color, or entirely different item).

Important Timeline: You must notify our support team within 3 days of receiving your delivery to be eligible for a return under these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our new electronics and gadgets, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds under the following circumstances:

Change of Mind: You decided you no longer want the product after purchasing.
Mistaken Purchase: You accidentally ordered the wrong item, the wrong size, or an item that is incompatible with your current setup.
Physical or Electrical Damage: The item was damaged after delivery due to dropping, liquid exposure, electrical short circuits, using incorrect power adapters, or improper usage. (Issues that develop later are covered under our Warranty Policy).

3. Conditions for Returning an Item

If your item meets the eligibility criteria in Section 1, the product must meet the following conditions to be accepted for a return:

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged, and unmarked manufacturer packaging.
Included Accessories: All manuals, warranty cards, cables, remote controls, and other accessories that came with the product must be included.
Proof of Purchase: A valid Zymak BD invoice, receipt, or order confirmation must be provided.

If a returned item arrives missing parts, or with damaged packaging, Zymak BD reserves the right to reject the return or charge a restocking fee.

4. The Return Process

If you receive a DOA or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us Immediately: Call our support hotline at 01777-163785 or 01896-005844 within 3 days of delivery.
Provide Proof: Our team may ask you to send a short video or photos via WhatsApp or email demonstrating the issue or showing the incorrect item.
Return the Item: You can drop the item off directly at our physical showroom in Dhaka, or we will guide you on how to send it back via a trusted courier service.
Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our technical team will inspect it to verify the defect or error.
Resolution:
- If a defect is confirmed, we will prioritize sending you a brand new replacement.
- If a replacement is out of stock, we will issue a full refund for the product price.

5. Refund Method and Timelines

If your return is approved and a replacement is unavailable, refunds will be processed based on your original payment method.

Out of Stock Orders: If a customer has already paid for an order but the product is out of stock, we will immediately cancel the order and refund the customer in full within 24 to 48 hours.
Mobile Banking (bKash): Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Cash Purchases: For items purchased directly at our physical store, cash refunds can be processed on the spot upon successful inspection of the returned goods.
