What Shipping Methods Are Available?

If you are inside Dhaka, then we can offer you home delivery and the product will be shipped by Paperfly Courier Service. But if you are outside Dhaka, then you have to collect the product from your nearest S.A Paribahan Parcel & Courier Service office.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

All orders inside Dhaka city are delivered within 48 hours and all orders outside Dhaka city are delivered within 72 hours.

How Do I Track My Order?

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

Is there any return or exchange option?

Usually there is no return option. You can only return the product if wrong item has been delivered to you or if the item is faulty. We do provide an exchange offer for some of our products like projectors and android tv boxes. You can exchange these items within 3 days prior to the date of purchase. Terms and conditions apply.

How do i get warranty service?

For warranty service you have to bring the product to our shop or you should send it to our shop address by any courier service. In case of warranty service, it is mandatory that you should write/print you name, address and contact number on the package. This helps us to know which product was sent by which customer.

How Do I Place an Order?

If you want to place an order, at first you should add the products to your cart, then go to the cart page, select your location, fill in the required details and click on “place order”. You will receive an order confirmation notification immediately.
